Task management is non-existent too: unlike dedicated CRM tools, there’s no way to assign tasks to other team members.
Eventually, adding contacts to a pipeline stage is tough. You need to add contacts to a list first, then go to the CRM pipeline, include a deal and hunt your lists for the contact you just added. From a usability point of view this is very clunky and time consuming. You should just have the ability to add a deal directly to a pipeline and then input the contact information of your guide or customer at the point.
So as things stand, the Getresponse CRM is a bit half-baked. But that said, it’s a new feature and the stuff it could perform on the automation side is impressive. I’m optimistic that this feature becomes developed over time since done right, it is possibly a game-changer for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Getresponse recently introduced the capability to host webinars on the stage.
